    Advice on using creatine mixed with water

    I'm looking for some tips on mixing creatine. How do you like to mix it? Should I mix it with milk to get more bulk or should I just mix it with water? How much would work well? My friend said I should run 10 g of it. I'm looking to bulk up. I'm 22 years old and a first-time user.
