Excellent advise there with the almonds and spinach, these would be very good for snack. I ate peanuts and no-sugar dark chocolate today with workout as snack. I don't subscribe to the "fat makes fat" idea. Almonds can also be bought as a almond flour for cooking too.
IMHO long term, intermitant therapy better than a 3 week-on---3 week off plan, but your milage may vary-------my experience is with peptides not actual HGH...54years old or young myself.
