The best tip I've gotten from these fine ladies is a simple one: Lift more weight. Lift as much as you can safly, keep stepping it up. You body will burn more calories and more fat.

Do you mean loose fat or just tone up the skin.
A lemon juice and oatmeal mask will make skin more taunt.
Ask some of the pros here about the fat though, as I'm still working onn it.:eek:

Sudafed contains ephedrine and yes the response would be similar. Maybe try making your own ECA stack, buy caffine pills Ephedrine pills and some asprin and take them in ammounts that feel safe.

I stopped taking my ECA a week ago. It was hard to quit, but here is a plan for tapering off (I do plan to go back on, but it was losing it's kick, so I figured I'd lay off for a bit)
