edema ankle edema is caoused by right sided heart failure, you need to seek medical attention, people actually drown in their own lungs w/ fluid back up. It can easily be managed w/ lasix or other dieretics. If left untreated you can also cause your self to have a full arrest (heart attack).

i'm on 500 mgs of test, just got off fina and want to add either primo or winn. which should i use and how for best results cutting abdomonal fat?
