i am 5 9" 200lbs and after sust 250 my bodyfat went up to 15% I eat 4-5x a day. I eat what i can but probably 75% healthy. I consume about 200+ grams of protien but am unsure about calories nad carbs. I run about 1.5 miles 3-4x week and train 5 days a week

THIS IS A STUPID QUESTION BUT IS CARDIO REALLY HELPING WHILE ON FINA OR IS IT BURNING FAT BY ITSELF? HOW MUCH FINA AND CARDIO SHOULD I DO TO SEE GREAT RESULTS????
I HAVE BEEN ON SUST 250 FOR 6 WEEKS AND HAVE PUT ON ABOUT 16LBS. I AM HOLDING SOME WATER AND WANTED TO LOOSE IT AS WELL AS SOME EXCESS FAT. I BOUGHT 10 CC OF FINA AND HAVE NOT SEEN DECENT RESULTS...DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS???
