im only shifting about 40-50 % of the weight i use to at any exercise, as of a 6 month lay off due to the torn shoulder, i didnt train at all for 6 months
i wanna give myself 12months of training...
well ive suffered two torn shoulders which have caused me set backs but am now on the rd back to recovery
my stats at my peak wen i was 19 are
height 6 ft 2
weight 245 llbs
bench 396 llbs for 4 reps
squats 363 for 6 reps
millitary press 319 llbs for 8 reps
barbell curl 162 for 6 reps...
im in 4th year of training, and have finally decided to take the plunge
but i really have not got a clue as to where to start
ive got good records as a natural, and believe steds wud be the next logical step
i jus need some advice on cycles
im not really looking for super human results just...
