well that just cigarettes you smoke and deliver only nicotine

Knowing that we mainly get nicotine and water from e cigarettes I'm wondering if the nicotine itself prevents mucles building. Is nicotine more of a fat burner or does it reduce proteins absorbtion as well ? Thank you.
