I am 17, currently ~145lb recent peak of mass was at ~155lb, I lost a considerable amount of muscle mass due to an injury which I still have preventing me from getting even decent workouts. I am 5'6'', I have been this height for about 3-4 years and used to weigh ~120lb so I know I have put on about 30lb of muscle in the last few years. I vary between 15-20% body fat.
I have been working out for about 7 years, years since I was 10, and I got a gym membership at 12. I workout my full body, and
