    Diet Thanks for your help guys... Here is what i usually eat: Morning: Protein shake (30gms) 2 Egg Whites on Wheat Bread Lunch: Chicken brest (on roll) no cheese 3:30 : Soup (chicken or vegetable) 4:30: Protein Shake 7:30 or 8:30: A sandwich, or kidney beans or something on those lines...

    How long would it take with 60min 3 times a week

    I need some serious help here guys... I am trying to loose my Fat Belly, which i really hate, and I can do almost anything to loose it. I get up at 5:30, in the gym by 6:00, cardio for 1 hr, and then i am do weights, so thats like 2hrs in the GYM. I try to eat 5-6 meals a day (not big meals)...
