    Add up your caloric intake to see how much you are consuming....you may find that you're consuming too many calories. I would try to set a deficit of 500 cals below maintenance and hit the treadmill for at least 30-40 mins. and/or throw in some HIIT on your off day. That's what worked for...

    Favorite Homemade Protein Shake list em out....

    3/4 Cup of Raw Oats 1 Banana or 1 Cup of Nature's Three Berries 2 Cups of Almond Milk 1 Scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein Blend and drink...good stuff.
