    I've never done any roids, at most I did albuterol. One example Clean bulk -> 2800 cals (my regular TDEE is shit, around 2100 at the highest). 1kg pork loin -> 1650 cals - 220protein, 48g fat 400g mixed vegetables -> 165cals, 8g protein, 36g carbs 3 cups brown rice -> 600 cals, 135g carbs...
