And I'm taking animal pak and animal cuts and my pre workout was jacked but it's empty so I'm changing it now but idk to what and I'm taking a joint supplement and extra vitamin d and my protein is carnivore by muscle medds like I said
My current diet would consist of
545 I have 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg
900 have caned chicken or some high source of protein
11 lunch I have salad, chicken or steak or shrimp
100 I have a shake muscle mess carnivore
330pre workout
530-6 I have another shake and some other type of meet

I have 6 weeks to get ready for a show I've already been cutting and I've been dieting and doing cardio every day! But can somebody help me out faith a diet plan to follow
I am going into a show in september and I was wonder if after that show what would be the best stack to bulk me up!? And this would be the first time taking steroids? Any help?
