I started actually lifting hard last school year as a freshman in college, I lifted before this but not really that intensely with a goal of getting bigger. I saw a lot of results this summer when my friend had pushed me and made a workout plan for me, unfortunately I did feel like i was plateau-ing, but since then I have steadily declined. I believe this is due to the fact that the diet up here in the dorms is limited.
