I am taking two conference trips in the next few weeks and I would like your suggestions on eating clean and often enough while traveling.
Breakfast is my biggest challange. I love my oats and eggs at home and I can't think of a satisfiying breakfast while on the road.

You eat 1400 cals a day and you gain weight if you eat more and lose if you eat less? If you lose weight is it muscle or fat?
