Hi all, I'm starting my cycle this week. Wanna take 10mg a day, but my Var aren't breaking easily (have 10mg tabs) so just going to take once a day, when would you say is best to take and or would you rather try breaking the tab and take twice a day?

Hi ladies, I'm taking Var for my second time round, first cycle was 2yrs ago, had awesome sex drive 😁 My previous cycle I took 5mg in the morning and 5mg in the evening. The var that I have now is not breaking so easily so dont want to cut my tabs, want to take 10mg just once a day. How have you...
