I tried a new thermogenic called C-4 yesterday and have to say I am so surprised at my energy and endurance level. I didn’t feel much at first but then a few minutes into my cardio, I felt great and was able to stay at it much longer than normal.
I found a post work-out drink called "Recover" made by Power Lab Nutrition to be a good one. It tastes good and doesn't have as much sugar as most. It new, but it rocks!
