    Tanning

    I miss tanning :( But since my grandpa was diagnosed with skin cancer last spring, I've stayed away. I did find a good face self tanner (Clinique) that gives my face a little sun--I don't regularly use one everywhere else because it's so darn cold here in the winter that I'm in thick sweaters...

    Massaging the sore muscles also helps (although only temporarially) by increasing blood flow to that area.
