52 yrs, working out on and off for the last 20 yrs (10 yr layoff due to broken back, the last 8 months have been steady 2 to 5 days a week) Started my first cycle 8 months ago to try and increase recovery. I was able to get back to preinjury best of 240lb with little fat increase T and deca. Finished 4 month cycle and dropped back to 208 lbs. Just started winstrol and sustanton (hrt) plus for the last week I threw in some Mega trn + hydroxy tst (lots of water retention 10lbs of water in 5 days)
