This is my firdt time using a diuretic for pre contest. Does anyone know when I should start it, at what doses, and how much water should be consumed through out.

Try switching from a general fitness routine to some cross fit. That should get you cut if you pour you heart into it. Keep up the good work. You ve already come so far with huge success

How often are you running a week and for how long
Do you know where your calorie is at currently
Hiw are you wirk outs right now. Maybe you dont need gear to begin with.

Best advice I think I can give is sick to the basics no matter how much extra gear you have. Here's what I would do.
Sust-2× a week = 500mg of test
Hit dbol standard dose weeks 1-4,its just too kick start things anyway
EQ weeks 1-16 600mg a week
Tren weeks 4 to the end of test cycle @75-100mg...
