I don't think they are same I have them both and dostinex in the prescription says take 0.5mg x2 a week and cabaser says 1mg x 2 a day. I guess dostinex release time is longer. I'm also curios about if I can use cabaser like dostinex twice a week 0.5mg and would it be still useful ? because...
