Been on since sunday, Humatrope is the brand. Tight all over but bottom of feet and achilles and lower calf is real tight

I can get a script from the doc for some HGH. But the problem, is he doesn't know what to put down on the script cause he's never done it. Humatrope/Somatropin??? What dosage, or how many IU's or for how long, (1 month) cycle. Can someone help
