just do the prop for the first 8 days.. by then the enan will be starting to raise your levels. Try not too let your test levels drop though when you go from the prop to the enan. A drop in levels could cause some acne to pop out.

msam hit it on the head. You have to hot massage the area IMMEDIATELY after your shot. If its a lump from yesterday, feverish/red, or a sore spot that feels like a tetanus shot try ice. I treat it like a strained or torn muscle. Ice and rest. Then hit it again, lol.

If you're looking for a cycle that doesn't include Test, cuts you up and minimizes sides then Eq/Primo is good. But if you're willing to do some test, then forget the primo. Too expensive, and too mild. Eq and Test is a great mass builder. After that do Primo/anavar to turn to a rock.

Do it all in the morning. It will set your day off on the right foot, and make you mentally focus on whats important - eating and working hard.
