The pin was new. The source is legit. I cleaned the area aswell. The 3rd shot of this bottle. I have also been putting HCG in that same Glute. Not sure if thats real , but it's from the same source and my other glute is fine.

I shoot some primo in my left glute everything was fine. Now a weak later my sacram and glute is getting swollen. It's not red and I can touch it. Will this go away or is it going to turn into something nasty?
