Ok so I want to add more muscle, defined muscle, what more could I be adding to my diet? And how lften do you suggest I do cardio...I don't think none is the answer.
I eat egg whites, cream of wheat and grapefruit juice (breakfast)
Usually have a piece of fruit 2 - 3 hours later
Grilled chicken breast, brown rice, and steams broccoli at lunch
then a shake about 2-3 hours later
A can of tuna and rice before gym, then another shake after gym
