Has anyone heard any updates on needto's T3Recovery supplement that he was working on? I'm about 4 weeks away from needing a good T3 PCT and I know needto only produces top of the line products.

The debate whether to ramp down or not doesn't seem to give a definitive answer as to why there is less rebound other than it takes longer for that much T3 to clear the system. What about the option of dropping down from a high of 100mcg to 25mcg and then staying at 25 for a week?

I just purchased ZIP again to support my thryoid on my cut. Is there a better time of day to take it, or does it really matter? From what I've read TSH levels peak btw 2-4AM with T3 levels peaking some 90 mins later. And lowest levels are in the evening. Should I take ZIP with my ZMA to help...
