I'm on 35mg/day of winny, 300 mg/wk of deca and 700 mg/wk of test and some liquidex to keep the conversion rates down. Woo-boy is that some good shit. Lots of size and strength gains. Gotta love it.
I have used the gainskeeper formula post cycle and it worked out pretty well. Kept a good portion of my gains. I think it helped to keep me motivated with my diet and lifting. Most people tend to slack off post cycle and that is something you should work hard to avoid.
