This is more Post-Hardcore, with Death Growling and screaming, if they were more heavy with better breakdowns then we got a good metal band, reminds me of UnderOath in their Act Of Depression days.

I'm average for a guy, Not fat, not really skinny, but I have a grip of thigh fat, not attractive at all, I run atleast 1 mile 3 days a week, but I seem not to lose any of the fat, any tips?
