Protein - meats. Fish, poultry, live stock and human flesh
Carbs - brown rice, sweet potato then pastas etc
Some good oils - fresh nuts no roasted shit or buy in oil form
And some good greens as already mentioned
Which you know all this already!
Add in some shakes and bam!
If you get a good protein powder you really have most bases covered. With BCAA's multi's and minerals etc maybe one with glutamine thrown in just for extra measure!
Personally if you go with what everyone says you would end up with a small loan just to finance it.
A separate multi vitamin...
Thanks for the guide I was thinking its not much off my current diet anyways just good ol fashioned food. Processed shit is killing everyone
Good thread this one as a lot of people are heading the GF route i think
Thanks guys
Cheers
Sounds good. I find out on monday so see how I go but it's terrible at the moment my god and due to the gastro related problems I have lost a bucket load of weight as well - hopefully get it sorted out soon.
Thanks for comment
Is there any of you out there I am waiting on test results to come back and there may be the possibility of me being gluten free!
Does this change things and does it affect your diet in a big way
Hey chaps
I have been refraining from my recent purchase of a protein powder due to have a really sensitive stomach!
Can anyone who first hand has a sensitive stomach suggest any protein powder worth buying or considering. Or are they all pretty much the same? Which is what I'm thinking!
Certain authorities!!!
Yes I agree however sometimes they do what is called a controlled release or delivery to establish a greater means for prosecution etc
I have cottonseed as well but I don't think that should pose any problems. Thanks for replies appreciate it
Was aiming for 250mg/ml and just to clarify when you say 10%BB that's the equivalent of 10ml
I'm shit with math (-:
There is only a few recipes online some of which vary and most are for single eaters!
Is it simply 2% BA and BB according to calculator?
Add BA to raw then add BB mix then add oil and heat and stir?
Anyone with pointers would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
