Im new to EF. I've been working out since i was 14, but about a year and a half ago I started training to compete and have done a couple shows. My big problem is my legs! I can't get them lean enough and toned and I can't get rid of the cellullite. I can see bumps on the front of my legs and i've dieted down, train hard, eat clean and I don't seem to notice any change in my legs
Does anyone have any advice??? All i want is smooth, toned legs!!!
