I looked at a tape with Mandy blank, and I can tell its the bone that is large, not just the jaw muscle. You can see it when she raise her head: the wide and thick shape is not muscle related. Maybe she always had a large jaw bone, but I doubt it. I would be interested if anyone has a picture...
