Hi mate I wonder if you could help, you seem very knowledgabl;e about topical androgens and needs some advice... I am starting a low dose var cycle and have ordered spiro and mioxidil 5% to protect my hair... Do I shampoo these in or leave them in my hair and how often for best protection...

Hi am starting a low dose cycle ov anavar around 20-30mg and would appreciate some input from the guys on the board who are prone to mpb who have done something similar, did you see any hair loss? did you use any spiro minoxidil etc? Cheers Elbowsandknees
