Yeah, don't use anti estrogens for fat loss. Bloat control and gyno prevention, but even then at a bare minimum. You would think that as a man, zero estrogen would be a good thing but that isn't the case.

Honestly I don't know her exact dosages, she was supposed to not exceed 250 but she had ben big all of her life so my guess is she did as alot of us do and if a little is good then alot must be great kind of thing and stepped over the line... Thats the thing, 2 grams of test wont kill you, too...

please be CAREFUL with DNP!! I lost a good friend of mine to DNP and she did everything right, it just cooked her from the inside out. I personally think that with all the other options out there, that there is no need for it but thats just me. BE SAFE.
