I don't think anyone is recommending testosterone gels for cycles. You should man up and start injecting if you're dedicated. 500mg/wk of testosterone enanthate or cypionate for 10 weeks with a proper pct is all you should want for your first cycle

A homemade bar with sand for weight wouldn't be a bad idea. Could do ohp, rows, squats, with some ingenuity benches etc. There's a guy on YouTube who has a DIY squat rack and bench he uses and can lift like an animal

I tried rather hard to suck it up and do cardio when on tren, I just can't do it. I get weak and lactic acid build up so damn quick, presumably from the reduced oxygenation. Just reduced calories more and cut that way
