What about the dosing when it comes to Var? Not amount, but I mean how often should one take it? Halflife at 8h I think, so every 8 hours maybe? And should you take it before bed so you sustain effects during sleep as well? Or is it only Testo that needs to be kept on an "even" level 24/7...
