I was tested at 22% 3 months ago. So I'm guessing I'm around 20%. I know its about diet and more cardio. I've had a lil success with winny ie more cuts. New to juice so I was curious to if there was anyway to cheat the cardio part. But thanks for your feedback
I'm 5'11" 270 with a bf of 20%. I have no problem putting on muscle naturally but am gonna get some gear this weekend. What would you recommend for a guy with my stats that wants a bit more muscle but more so wants to cut fat?
