What i meant that i was don't want to bulkk up too much...the main goal would be to gain quality muscle...my body structure is anyways towards the leaner side and body fat is around 11.5-12% right now...

The goal to put some quality muscle on and get a little bigger and more shaped and defined. i am not looking to get huge. pure size is not my main agenda.
