Had terrible vision. Was 20/15 after lasik. Thought it was the greatest. Now, 5 years later I cant see again and not sure if I can get tuned up or even wear contacts. Which means eventually may have to wear glasses and not be able to wear contacts. Not being able to wear contacts down the road...

It seems like ZMA ingredients helps your body create or are precursors for Tryptophan. It also seems like ZMA came out after Tryptophan was pulled off the market. Both promote sleep I believe. Just a theory I have pulled together somehow. Don't really know if it is right or not.
