I'm just looking for some insight on how carnitine should be used to help with fat loss. I've read contradicting views on how, when and what to take it with. Should it be taken with or without carbs? On an empty stomach before training? First thing in the morning?

I've just ordered some of this because I've it's very effective for fat loss. What I'd like to know is what's the best way to use it for that purpose? Sub q or IM? Or do you just use it the usual way IM post workout and fat loss occurs anyway?
