    Throw some ice into your blender,put it in a plastic zip lock bag and form it to the area of pain. used for 20 min at a time take off for 20 and on for another 20. you can also use small dixie cups..fill with water ,put in the freezer and use when needed. after 48 hrs of injury you can use heat
