Yeah I think that’s what happened last time I have been splitting the doses up which has worked for me. Will be upping the Reta to 2mg and see how I go when I was on that dose prior it nuked my appetite completely.

Leg day today slowly becoming my fav sessions. Trying to really engage and activate the muscle and not just move the weight which is still a work in progress.

Klow and motsc both 1mg daily. Been about 4 days so far and noticed a substantial increase in energy throughout the day. Klow has helped with recovery and helped with a couple little niggles that have been feeling way better.
