i plan to start my AI support 2 weeks prior to the beginning of my halodrol. 2 scoops of AI support a day for 6 weeks. 50mg of halo for 4 weeks. on the last day of my halo cycle ill begin my sustain alpha PCT. 1 serving of sustain before bed everyday for 4 weeks. then i should be good to go...

so i should start the Sustain Alpha immediately after my HALO cycle or a few days before i end my halo? is Sustain Alpha by itself enough for my entire PCT?

so if i take AI's Cycle Support during my cycle. does this mean that milk thistle is not needed prior and during the halo cycle? and should i alter my PCT because of the support cycle that im taking during? thanks
