Great ideas, guys. Please keep them coming. I need to get away from processed foods.

I know Power/protein bars aren't the greatest thing for cutting fat. What's a good alternative afternoon snack with protein that I could use at work. I'm thinking thicker beef jerky and nuts/ trail mix. :chomp: Thanks, Don
