As of late I started a bulk cycle while at the same time I got a new job. While at work due to the timing of break I somtimes find it hard to get all my meals in. Does it really matter how much food I consume in one sitting or is what matters calories in vs. calories out?
I am trying to figure out how much I should eat and what ratio to use. Any ideas? I work out 5 Days a week 1 muscle a day. Workout runs about 1 hour. I weigh 176 lbs 6% BF.
Well my protein is about 250 grams and I also supplement with amno acids and glutamine also. This means for optimal fatloss I can go ahead and do cardio on an empty stomach.
Well Since it is dextrose and creatine I dont see why you could not mix it in a carb free whey shake for a post workout meal. Of course half of the serving suggestion. I currently have the lime flavor. I have not used it though because I am cutting. I would probably put it in my Apple...
