I have 1000mg gelcaps of milk thistle. if I take 25 mg of oral winnie twice a day, are there any problems or is it worth it to take a 1000mg gelcap in the morning and another in the afternoon? would 2000mg of MT be too much? can you take to much MT? Thanks DC
