I read the tip by a sports nutritionist to put your creatine (monohydrate in this case) into water that is the same temp as coffee or tea after it is heated up in order to better dissolve the creatine. It does seem to better dissolce the creatine into the water, but would their be any negatives...
Yeah, seems like I am hearing mixed things every where. Most people that use it say it seems to work, but that it is expensive. I have not used it long enough to give it a fair trial. (12 a day for about 2 weeks)
When should you take CLA? An hour before eating or with food for best results. It doesn't upset my stomach either way. (I am taking the Anarchy Stack right now).
This would be my second cycle. I used a bottle of 6oxo, M, and On tribulus. My libido still has barely come back months later. So it seems like I need something stronger.
