    I had mine done a year ago under the muscle. Iam and lifting the same lighter weights. Just a warning please be careful when doing cable cross overs. My trainer has had a few women who have overtrained there chest and have damaged there implant.

    hi I am in some what the same boat as you. I dont like most foods either, but should eat more protein. Some ideas i could suggest to you is mabey cooking your oatmeal then mixing it with chocolate protein powder. What about cottage cheese. yum! take a can of tuna and put about two heeping spoon...
