I posted this in another forum:
What is a good snack food in terms of no fat and artificially sweetened (nutrasweet)? I tried animal crackers which don't have too many calories but I end up eating too many which add up fast.
Another question: I've cut up a bit via eca but now i'm interested...
Anyone out there know of any good snacks with no fat and no sugar -maybe made w/ nutrasweet or other non-sugar sweetner? I bought animal crackers but i tend to eat those a little too quickly ;-)
Side note: Is it possible to put on mass while using eca? Any personal experiences w/ eca and...
In a general sense you should intake a variety of sources of protein. The benefits are a variety of amino acids as well as rate of digestion being that your goal is to keep your blood saturated all day with amino acids.
Soy is also being toted as a "healthy" protein with heart benfits, etc...
What is the consensus of using creatine while using a thermogenic. I know the diuretic effects can reduce the effectiveness of creatine but what if you drink enough water?
I bought the AST HSC (the micronized transport with dextrose and taurine, etc). I was thinking (because of the expense) whether I should go with pure creatine. If you guys do suggest I go with the pure creatine do you think I should go for the "micronized" or the german/austrian stuff like...

So between "micronized" creatine and ultrapure/creapure, which one would you pick? I don't think either one is more expensive (if that could be a criterion from which to judge).
Should I cook with Olive oil, which contains significant amount of fat (albeit, some good) or should I go with the non-fat cook spray? What do you guys use?
Creatine is actually found in semen. Creatine, fructose and other vital chemicals are present to fuel the sperm cells and keep them alive for several days in a "harsh" environment.
I'm not sure if this information in itself is of any use, just thought i'd throw it out there.
Is pure creatine better or should I go for the "transport" stuff? I'm particularly looking at AST's creatine. They have the pure creatine and the HSC with some sugar and other stuff. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
