Anyone ever have any problems with sub q water retetention from Nitrix supplementation? Posted this in the supps forum but am getting no responses so i posted it here.

The cravings definately subside, but there will still be times where the thought creeps back into your head but it usually is no where near the intensity that it used to be. I also find that if i have a cheat day the cravings seem to be a little more the next couple days.

snacking is fine, just make the right choices. I will snack on fruits or even rice cakes seem to help alot. O and i am %7 too :)

Hey guys, I am wondering your opinions on this matter. I have always stayed away from soy, gives me bad bad gas and then there are those reports that say it can raise estrogen in males. Was thinking of using a rice based protein powder, I have a dairy allergy so can no longer use my beloved...

This is one avenue that i was wondering about. Also there are some who indicate increased anxiety while using anavar. I have never had a history of anxiety and am only running a low dose but this could be a possiblity. Everyone responds differently to gear.
