It seems like most powerlifters don't start really lifting super heavy until they hit 40ish. At 27 your still a pup.

Do you store it in the fridge after it's pre loaded? And would an 1" needle be better than an 1.5"?

How long can gear stay in a syringe? If it was going to be used the next day would that be alright? Let me explain what happened. There was this newbie who was so amped up to use gear for the first time, that when it came right down to it...he froze...so his first shot didn't go well at all...

When i was around 160 i can remember saying to myself "all i want is to get up to 200" and after i reached 200 i still felt like i was at 160. It will never end. I don't think i want it to. My life and part of my dreams have always been in the gym. They always will be.

I wish i could add more to the mix but i can't. I had to choose between d-bol and prop and i chose prop. Do you think i should frontload more of the prop during the first 3wks or more sust?
