Yea they have that imprintined on one side and a line across it imprinted on the other side.

20mgs was what i was guessing at but i was getting told between 10 and 50 by diffrent people. Is it better to take say 10mgs in the morning and 10 mgs in the afternoon/evening then rather than just 20mgs in the morning?

I was just hoping you guys could give me your opinion on how much D-Bol is ok for a daily dosage taking into account this is my first cycle. Cheers
